HOW TO PLACE AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER

When you're ready to complete your order, be sure to review all of the items you've placed in your shopping cart. Next, select your desired country under the ‘Shipping To’ option and click ‘Checkout’. Lastly, follow the instructions on the screen to finalize your order.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

International shipping is offered through DHL,USPS&Fedex. Based on the destination country, there is a flat rate shipping fee for DHL,USPS&Fedex Express shipments. The estimated shipping timeline varies based on the destination country.

Free, expedited, or other flat-rate shipping and return promotions do not apply to international orders.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Taxes and duties depend on destination country and items ordered. If any Custom Fee occur, customer will be responsible for Custom Fee.

EXCHANGE RATES

Once the destination country is selected, customers will see pricing in the local currency.

Foreign exchange rates are updated on a daily basis and determined by may Paypal based on interbank rates of exchange.

PAYMENT METHODS

 

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal are available for international customers. FastStork Gift Cards are not a payment option for international shipping.

FastStork will be displayed as the merchant of record on customer’s credit card statements for orders shipped internationally. Your credit card will be billed by may Paypal at the time your parcel(s) leave the U.S. 

CUSTOM FEES

Customer responsible for custom or any other fee or lost in country custom, every purchasing will come with tracking number to see where the item is

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges for international orders. However, customers can return international orders.

IF RETURNED ITEM USED OR DAMAGED WHICH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED, PLEASE MAKE SURE ITEM IS NOT DAMAGED AND USED BEFORE SEND IT BACK 

To return an item within 90 days from the original purchase date, international customers must contact Customer Care before Return, International shipping will not accepted if any damaged or defect on returned product.

Shipping cost for returned orders can vary and is paid by the customer.

International customers should not mail their products to the domestic return address shown on the FastStork site.

When the product safely returns to its hub, may Paypal issues a credit to the customer’s card. The refund includes the price of the product, duties, and taxes. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and associated fees will affect the refund amount.

PRODUCT RESTRICTIONS

Some FastStork products are not available for international shipping. Although you may be able to add the item to your cart, you will not be able to complete the checkout process with international shipping with these restricted items.

WARRANTY AND REPAIRS

Repairs for international orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Should service be required, please visit our Warranty & Repairs page or contact Customer Carefor further information. If you are located outside of the U.S. or Canada, please visit our International Service Centers page.

FastStork encourages its customers to create an account. Benefits include the ability to view order history and save personal information for faster checkout.

However, for international orders, FastStork does not have the ability to offer saved credit card, shipping/billing address, or product history (all other My Account features will be available).
